What can come back, in what condition, and how long the money takes.

01The window
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Write to anmolchikankaribazar@gmail.com or message +91 9084011363 on WhatsApp with your order number and a photograph and we will reply with what to do — please do not send anything back before that, because an unannounced parcel cannot be matched to an order.
02What we always take back
Anything wrong or damaged: the wrong item or size, a defect in the fabric or the stitching, or a set missing a piece. We replace it or refund it in full including what you paid for delivery, and we pay the return shipping.
04Change of mind or size
If a piece simply did not suit you, or the size is wrong, we exchange it or refund the product value; the return shipping is yours. A set (kurti with palazzo, pant or dupatta) must come back complete.
05Not returnable
Worn, washed or altered pieces, anything with the tags removed, items bought on clearance sale, anything damaged after delivery, and anything reported more than 7 days after it arrived.
06How the refund reaches you
Once the return is received and checked — usually within 2 working days — the refund goes back the way you paid. Cards and UPI take a further 5–7 working days to appear, and that leg belongs to your bank, not to us. For a cash-on-delivery order we refund by bank transfer to an account you give us.
07Exchanges
Easier than a return: tell us the size or design you would rather have and, if it is unworn and in stock, we swap it and send the new one out with the return pickup. Any price difference is settled either way.
08Cancelling before dispatch
An order that has not been handed to the courier can be cancelled for a full refund — message us as quickly as you can, and check your order page: once it says Shipped it is a return rather than a cancellation.
